Unfortunately we only ship in the Continental US & Canada. However, email us at cs@yogibo.com and we can work with you to figure out a solution. We do it all the time. 

It depends on where you are. We usually say about 5-10 business days to arrive. 

We utilize FedEx for both Continental US & Canada as well as USPS for small packages. 

For return requests and label assistance please e-mail cs@yogibo.com  All return requests must be made within 14 days from the day of delivery.  NOTE: All items must be properly and safely packed in original shipping boxes to ensure products arrive intact. Improperly packaged returns may cause product damage, and we may not be able to fully credit you in those cases. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your pack slip with the returning item.  Item(s) must be in like new, resellable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, (if any) and will not be refunded the original shipping charge to deliver the item to you. Refund amount will be the original product cost less a potential 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only charged for items that are not in like new, resellable condition. Please check over your item before shipping it. 

We reserve the right to not accept any returns without email authorization, and the package will be refused, and you will incur charges by the carrier for the freight in both directions. 

There is an automatic (1) one-year warranty on the seams and zippers of each Yogibo furniture cover. This warranty is included when you purchase your Yogibo! If you feel you have a Warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing cs@yogibo.com. An image of the product issue sent via email to cs@yogibo.com is needed to open any warranty claims. If you have a question for issues not covered by the Warranty, please send an image and description of the issue to cs@yogibo.com so that we can assist you.
